One of the things Dimps/Bandai likes to do is keep players in the dark about what they do in their patches that aren't considered promo or DLC. What would be helpful to all of us is if everyone could band together and find out any form of changes they have noticed after a patch. For instance:
Patch 1.07 Perfect Kamehameha got nerfed by having its invincibility frames removed. I'm not sure if its damage got lowered though. Hyper Drain got buffed. It now steals 2 bars of ki and stamina instead of 1 bar. "Super Saiyan Bargain Sale" and "Might As Well..." Z-Souls got nerfed; they no longer increase Stamina regen or, if I didn't fully notice, had they effect greatly decreased.

Bargain Sale got the Ki burn buff though, it seems waaaaay slower than before.

Also seems that using ultimates now costs 3 and a half ki bar, rather than just 3. Or at least Perfect Kamehameha does. It also still retains the invincibility frames.

I heard that Evil Whirlwind lost its invincibility frames. Haven't tested this yet though.
Also I don't know if this is concrete, but either Golden Freeza's auto ki regen has a high value, or they reduced the drain for SSJ transformations. Could someone test out the forms without auto regen? Also something is off with Super Vegeta(2) because whenever I use an Ultimate skill I don't notice any sort of damage difference between SV2 and SSJ2. I was testing this with Warp Kamehameha BTW.

Nah, they removed almost all the invincibility frames from every ultimate, before you couldn't take any damage when using Perfect Kamehameha, Breack Cannon, and many more, what we now only have is a "no stagger" effect based on your stamina when charging ultimates (pretty much what we always had, minus the invincibility frames). Also, I don't see any increased cost for the ultimates O.o I heard that Evil Whirlwind lost its invincibility frames. Haven't tested this yet though. I can confirm that the Golden Freeza's Z-soul Ki regen is awesome, it as a very high value, it really helps mantain the SSJ2 forms, I just hope they will not nerf it in the future . As for the SV2 form, as far I remember the bonus was really small, single digits like 3% nad 5% for ultimates with SV and SV2. The only real increase of damage I felt was by using SV2 with "I'm Super Vegeta" Z-Soul. EDIT: Shocking Death Ball, lost ALL the tracking ability, it just moves forward, then it stops and after some seconds explodes. I didn't really use it that much, but I remember at least a bit tracking and it was way more accurate, now you can't even hit the enemy!

Yeah I did the tests with the SSJ2 forms and there hasn't been any changes, which sucks.
Also they nerfed Shocking Death Ball?! WTF!!!

Seems like Symphonic Destruction has less range and damage. I didn't notice a diff on Might as well..., but maybe it's just so strong that it doesn't matter . I like to use Get serious, would you? z-soul. Raises all stats during transformation. Would you use this over GFrieza's z-soul?

The more they update the game, the more I wish they didn't; sigh, I would like to know how to edit the skills in order to revert the changes...
EDIT: Evil Whirlwind invincibility frames removed as well, DAMMIT, it was my favourite skill on my melee frizea race... ._.

The invincibility frames grant your CaC no stagger while performing the move, now after you take one hit, be it a simple punch or ki attack the move will be cancelled. It still cancel ki blast when you it them with the move, but as you can see it doesn't matter anymore a this point...

Not only did they screw up several moves and z souls during every update, but they did nerf something that shouldn't have been in the first place. Where is the problem with that? It's not that you can spam GI to other players! you can only it in them in the face! It has no range, the damage is crappy, now it lost even it's only good reason; bah... As for the bardock mission, well who didn't? The majority of people cleared that mission by spamming Giant Storm or Ultra fighting Bomber...

Not only did they screw up several moves and z souls during every update, but they did nerf something that shouldn't have been in the first place. Where is the problem with that? It's not that you can spam GI to other players! you can only it in them in the face! It has no range, the damage is crappy, now it lost even it's only good reason; bah... As for the bardock mission, well who didn't? The majority of people cleared that mission by spamming Giant Storm or Ultra fighting Bomber... I tried for a good 2 hours to murder my way to victory at level 55, Giant Stormed my way to victory at level 62 lol.
