I was wondering why the opponents when transform to the vilain mode are so strong without z-soul. Especially Cell and Kid Buu. That doesn't make sense. Even with the ultimate attacks they don't stagger and take so less damage without z-soul. thaat skill itself must have a lot of perks so the guys using that transformation wont have to rely on a z soul

Someone would enventualy know how i could make for "kakarot" soul's effect to last longer? i mean changing the quantity of health lost before he doesn't work anymore, because i have a charac with max health, etc bu after he lost something like 1/10 of is health the z-soul don't have effect anymore, and i would like to make it like when he is under 25%, that would be more logical.
Since this was relevant to my interests, even though it isn't groundbreaking and everyone else pretty much indirectly covered this, but it's pretty easy, so I figure I'd post how to do this:
Basically, I looked at the very first Z soul "The Fight Starts Now", and it I compared it to "Kakaroooot". There were quite a few differences in the first perk slot's 1st line, but in the second line they actually had an "edited" value in common (not the same value, mind you, but the same exact slot was edited while all the rest were the same), I think that is some kind of "health limitation" slot. Because in "The Fight Starts Now" the idea is that the no stagger comes into play when you are at critical health, while in "Kakarooot" the no stagger GOES AWAY once you lose some health. The "going away" vs "coming into play" details were in the first line of the perk slots, while in the second line, it was indicating the exact amount of health that had to be lost or gained in order for the perk to take effect (or to lose its effect, depending on the limitations set in the first line). So since everything was already set up properly in "kakarooot" all I did was copy the second line's "health limitation slot" of "The Fight Starts Now", which was 00 00 C8 41 over the equivalent spot for "Kakarooot", which was 00 00 AA 42. And when I did that, then the no stagger didn't go away until my health was critical or "under 25%".
Which I think is pretty awesome, because it makes it feel more "realistic", because when you get weaker and close to death, an opponent can then start to actually stagger you, even if you were really strong.
Edit: And of course, for "the fight starts now", putting in 00 00 AA 42 makes it so no stagger starts almost immediately after you've lost a small amount of health. Edit 2: Actually, putting 00 00 AA 42 for the fight starts now does kind of work, so after a little bit of health is lost, no stagger takes effect, however, when some more health is lost (I think roughly the equivalent of the first time), the no stagger goes away, or maybe it's a time limit thing as well. So I guess there's some limitations in its coding that only becomes noticeable once you take it out of the "only activate when in critical mode" setting.

can i make a request? can you combine "kakarot and Auto just guard together" so i won't get staggered and i can perform auto just guard 100%...combine it into ss4 gogeta z soul...

You cannot combine these effects. It's differrend with one to the other effect. Try to combine 1C(free skills) with no stagger. But if you are a Saiyan unlimited ki seems is the only way to keep your transformation.

Well my friends today i discover something else. In the sixth line of certain areas first slot is the duration of reinforcement skills as i look Ginyu's master z-soul "Aren't I nice?!" and the seven line first slot is the time you can recover ally's health based on Piccolo's z-soul "I can't believe I shielded the brat...". I didn't find something else to other slots what they are but i recommend you to let these values as they are.

I understand why the most of you when you finally learned how to edit a z-soul your first choice is no stagger. The game is cheating itself.

I found the best value for the damage received and you can make your changes. the value is 01 00 80 3E. This value can be set by the fourth line four slot of certain areas until the third slot of 5 line of certain areas. Based on Vegeta's z-soul:" I am the prince of all Saiyans". I tested many times and works perfectly.

Also i want to explain something. When you set your desired perks on the effects on z-soul to begin at the start of the battle, on most occasions, the emblem of fire that shows you z-soul has started, it never showed up. This happens because the two effects you have set to start both, may crash to show this emblem,but you have take the two effects.

Lots of posts to skim through so I'm just going to ask if anyone has figured out how to edit a z soul such as "I'm still not used to this change" or the super vegito one. Trying to make my super saiyan powerup feel like a damn powerup instead of a forced -spam ults or basically waste ki for nothing- skill. After that it's time to edit my cpu enemies to a decent power, super buu regenerating 2% hp a second, gogeta ssj4 to 1-shot super me if I'm non-supersaiyan. Aww yeah, it'll be tag team tenkaichi all over again with more customisation.

Guys I'd like to ask something, it is me or after the update the z soul "This is the true form of the Shadow Dragon leader!" doesn't recover hp at all? I was messing with making a custom z soul and apllying the healing hp effect, but it wasn't working, so I tested the original z soul and noticed that I didn't recover health :/ any help would be appreciated EDIT: After further testing I noticed that I actually healed by a TINY bit of health, did they nerf it THAT MUCH?

Also i have explained many times how to make the effects unlimited like the ki(4),no stagger(12), auto just guard. If i understand well you want unlimited ki to keep your transformation which the value is 04, for free skills of all(strike,supers,ultimates,evansives dependless of stamina and ki) is the value 1C. If you try to powerup "I'm still not used to this change" be sure that you make Goku more powerful. Think about it.

So try the Time Patrollers z-soul to put your desired values and effects which you can equip them almost at the start of the game.
