I tried to make it as detailed as possible explaining step by step so you guys know how to make any sort of outfit have that shiny/glow effect.
Shine/Glow EffectPrerequisitesLibXenoverse 1. Navigate to LibXenoverse/bin/ folder. Download LibXenoverse if you have not.
2. Copy over your desired .dyt.emb file. (e.g. HUM_532_Bust.dyt.emb)
3. Open the .dyt.emb file with 'embpack' by dragging it to the application.
4. A new folder with the same name as the .dyt.emb file has been created.
5. Inside the folder there will be 3 files, DATA000, DATA001 & DATA002. Make a backup of DATA000 before deleting it.
6. Check that you have deleted the proper file. DATA000 should be gone.
7. Proceed to copy&paste DATA002.
8. Rename the duplicate to DATA000.
9. Proceed to drag the folder into 'embpack' to repack into the .dyt.emb file.
10. Place file into respective folder and repack. (e.g. HUM)

Good thread. hoping this gets stickied. This method works well for the regular characters as well. Few questions though
1. Any method in being able to drag all of them(at once) onto EMB pack? For my end, I've had to drag the dyt files individually onto emb pack, which takes a bit long, especially with characters like Goku . Was wondering if there was an easier method you've found in copying and pasting them all into emb pack(and them showing up all at once)
2. I haven't been able to have the shine effect on characters like Adult gohan. His face becomes shiny, except his eyebrows. Have you had the same issue?

For ur first query, u need to create a batch file. Try this "embpack *dyt.emb"(w/o quotes). It mi8 not work, then u have to use a loop(haven't learnt batch loops). Second one, never tried so don't know. Btw what do mean by "characters like"?

Haven't tried Goten yet though, but from my testing of the normal roster Goku Vegeta Kid Trunks Adult Gohan Adult gohan is the only one out of these people that i've personally had trouble with. Because while editing face_base.dyt , although his face may glow, his eyebrows remain the same. When editing Face_base.dyt and replacing Data002 with Data000 and renaming it, it is supposed to give your entire character's face a glow. (including the eyebrows)

I noticed that the SSJ transformations has a yellowish glow, is it possible to change the colour of that, since I use a SSJ God mod I would like the CAC to glow reddish.

Thought I write here as well about my problem which is I believe the same as VectorSSJ's... Same thing here, too. Did everything as written down here more than once and my character turned out to be this, and I still don't know why no matter how hard I try to find out what's causing this...

Freaking finally! Found what was causing the problem... Everytime I did the repacking with the embpack I always noticed that the file went from it's original size (25kb) to 34kb. Thought that it might be the problem so I checked what was it that gave the file +9kb, so I extracted the file again and checked inside and it turned out to be a hidden Thumbs file. After I deleted it and repacked it again it went back 25kb. Placed it in it's respectful folder, fired up the game and BAM, the glow effect was beautifully on my character. So if anyone has the same problem that I had on the picture, it might be best to check for that hidden file.
