I found the solution for getting the golden effect of the basic Gi uniform of Goku and not just orange. It doesn't need any steps that has refered here. The only thing you need is to create a folder to your desktop. Next go to chara/GOK and begin the copy from GOK.fce.ean until the GOK_016_Face_eye_LOD03.emd and paste to the new folder you have created. Rename them 249 files from GOK to HUM. After that copy these modified HUM files(249 files) and paste them chara/HUM where you make your mods for data2.cpk. Repack copy and overwrite the data2.cpk to your game directory. Without equipment you have the basic uniform of Gi Goku and when you transform to super saiyan you have exatcly the same golden effect as Goku has in the game. I tried and works perfect. Just be careful, don't copy the bcm and bac files neither the moves which are the first five files.

You mean not just the golden glow, but the slightly golden color that only Goku gets on his gi when turning SSJ, right?

I used the SS4 gogeta mod(wrapped tail version)made by Yusion.The upper Body is not shiny but other parts are shiny

Never mind. I found the solution by myself. The answer was very simple. I swapped the Adult Gohan's dyt files with my CaC and the results was very impressive. I take the golden shining effect for super saiyan and the white shining effect for Unlock Potential that only Gohan has.Thanks anyway for your help.
