Aura_Setting : Obviously Aura settings.
Paramater_Spec_Char : Looks to me like the stats for the basic character cast (Goku, Krillin, etc)
Custom_Skills: Makes me wonder if it is a file about how to CREATE attacks.... But I imagine it's a list of Custom Char Super/Ults.

I am not good with Hex Editor's and this stuff is beyond me for the most part, but someone could probably have some fun with these.
