Hi,
First i want to tell im totally new to modding . Now that this is stated here is my issue:
I wanted to modify some CaC models so i watched the given tutorial on this site, i did some of the step easily and now im at creating an fbx file when i take those esk and emd i selected and open them with emdfbx.exe there should be a fbx created in the folder the issue is that there is none... So did i choose the wrong emd esk ? or am i trying to make something impossible ?

imagine you are dragging the emd and esk from your folder named "new folder".
you select both emd and esk and drag it on top of emdfbx.exe correct. then there will be an fbx file in your folder"new folder". hope this helps

I do that i even did it twice after seeing your answer but no fbx in the folder :/

I need help, for some reason, I can't use any program in LibXenoverse. It keeps saying "The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've redownloaded the ZIP folder multiple times, but I keep getting that message. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or does someone have the file that I can copy the file from? I really want to try texture editing and stuff on my own, and it's getting frustrating.

You'll want the Community version of any Visual Studio product, usually. Any other version is a paid installation, which isn't worth it for the sake of a registry fix. |

I dont see the need to spoon-feed. |

Alright, it opens! But now, Xenoviewer is asking for an Adam Shader program that I apparently don't have... do I need to open up the data.cpk?
edit: Fixed it, I was right... but now I don't know how to open files in the program to edit them... help?
