DLC 2 modded Data2.cpk problems

Hi everyone,
im having weird issues with my game since dlc2 released
So my character selection screen at the start of the game has a black background now which is interesting.
the next thing is if a use a modded data2.cpk and i want to start a PQ i cant choose a character and it looks like this:

I heard it has something to do with directx on older graphic cards
Does someone have an idea how I can fix this because i would love to play the game with mods

in which data did you put your mods ?
