So has the modding community cracked the code yet on how to add/remove/modify existing skills? There's a lot of people who would love more Super Saiyan levels, Frieza Race Transformations and alternate Buu forms. Personally I'd make my own unique fighting techniques like the Galaxy Gun or the x100 Destructo Disc.
Till it's possible feel free to write what you'd do if it was.

If the super spirit bomb is made black, revenge death ball! Or if a strike super and a ultimate is fused, it would be like Budokai Tenkaichi games. |

I'm really only interested in getting the CaC characters more transformations and skills that could essentially make them more unique, and less like a hodge-podge of already existing storyline character parts. The Buu & Frieza races have so much potential for transformations. I wanted a Super Buu type CaC. I've scoured tons upon tons of threads and I can't seem to find anyone that can open up that extra slot, or get us different hair for SSJ transformations. This game could have been so much more! I'd like to take Freiza's ultimate and make a x100 version that has black aura. |

Technically speaking it is completely possible just ridiculously difficult. If someone could reverse engineer and figure out how Goku and Trunks change their hair one could apply it to other characters as well. Then, simply give Frieza and Majin race characters the ability to change their appearance using the same mechanics Goku and Trunks use but instead of simply new hair you give their entire body a different, alternate appearance.
But step one is making it so that Saiyans get new hairstyles, which is less complex in comparison but still daunting considering no one has achieved it thus far. The most significant progress the community has made in that regard is having Vegeta transform into SSJ3 including hair.
This is the Xenoverse Da Vinci Code it seems.
