Hey guys,
This here is a mod that allows all unlockable skills to be used by all races, except for Super Saiyan 1 and 2.
Transformations:
1. Super Saiyan can be selected by both saiyans and humans, as well as a slight increase to Strike and Ki Blast ATK.
2. Super Saiyan 2 can be selected by both saiyans and humans, as well as a moderate increase to Strike and Ki Blast ATK
3. Goku and Gotenk's Super Saiyan 3 has a massive increase to Strike and Ki Blast ATK.
4. Super Vegeta has been replaced by Chaos Mode. Has a moderate increase to all stats, functions like Super Saiyan.
5. Super Vegeta 2 has been replaced by Super Saiyan (Masteres). Has a large increase to all stats, no Ki drain and damage doesn't stagger (like a boss).
6. Unlock Potential has a big increase to all stats.
7. Gohan's Potential Unleashed has been replaced by Ultimate Potential. Has A massive increase to all stats, functions like Unlock Potential.
