Hello all, I have been trying to install a mod, and the only method I know of is using libxenoverse. I place CPKpack.exe and all the bat files into the directory, when I try to run extract-data2.bat I get an error message: "application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." I am at a complete loss with this. Does any one know what I should do, or is there alternate method of installing the mod I want? The mod I want to install is : Hair change ssjmy system specs: I5 4690k gtx 970 8 gb ram Win10 any help is vastly appreciated. Thanks.

your specs mean nothing. the issue is software related.
try running it as admin.

That was the first thing I tried after receiving the error message the first time. At first it was giving me errors saying my system was missing two specific .dll's I had them in my system32 folder and copied them over to the directory of DBZ, that's when I got the failure to start message. When I run the application via administrator it doesn't do anything, a window will open but for less than a second- then nothing.

Ok so I used cpkpack(sp?) master. And...somehow I got it to work. I am not sure, when I try and replicate the ptoccess i go through all the steps, and my new data2 file doesn't seem to work properly, the game starts on a perpetual loading screen.
Not sure what I did to mess it up that nad, but when I throw my old copy of data back into the directory the games loads, and the mod works...?
I'm kinda confused, and I found another mod I'd like to install... but I dunno if it'll work. Anyone run into this issue? Or am I just as stupid as I think?
