Hi everyone,
I noticed that, after DLC 3, a lot of Z-Souls have been nerfed, so, my request is about the Z-soul "I'm neither Kami or Piccolo now...": I would like to make this Z-soul powerful as in the original game (seems that the problem was that it worked on 150FPS instead of 30FPS).
I already tried to use the Z-Souls Tool to increase some value in the effect1 and effect2 tabs, but nothing happened.
Can anyone explain me how to solve my request?
