Nope it's Videl, i've renamed the file to VDL.ean and it's still broken

ok and what about the skeleton have you renamed the ssj4 so it to matches videl's?

Nope it's Videl, i've renamed the file to VDL.ean and it's still broken

You need the .esk file. esk files are the skeletons so take SS4 goku's .esk file and rename it to VDL.esk and that should do the job.
