You wanna search for Legendary Agwang's True Xenoverse packs and Yusion's classic edition cel shading mods for the look you're going for. no it's not the same i mean look at the picture i've posted and look at their mods it's nowhere near the same they are good mods but not raging blast 2 so what i would like to do would be import character models and everything from raging blast 2 to xenoverse like vegeta from raging blast 2 and put it in xenoverse that would be awesome |

I know exactly what you're saying. There was no confusion on my part, but the fact is that these mods already provide a similar look to what you want.
I'm not sure importing the models from Raging Blast would be possible on PC without some skeleton re-rigging, but I'm sure the models are out there somewhere to try. I'm no Xenoverse modder (just hex edits and simple stuff) but I dunno if anyone would want to spend all that time on one request.
