What are the best mods available that do this? I like seeing what if and unique user created mods but I dont want it to simply be a cosmetic change with skills rearranged. Like whats the point of having Raditz go Super Saiyan 4 if he has the exact same stats and moveset as he normally does? The only modder I've seen thats actually changed stats in their mods is LegendaryAgwang. Anyone got any other recommendations?

I'd suggest taking a look at this tutorial: dbxvmods.freeforums.net/thread/1004/increae-decrease-stats-souls-effectUsing this method, their modded appearance and modded stats will be separate, but you should be able to achieve the desired effect. This tutorial teaches you how to change base stats by modifying the Z-soul's code. It's very easy once you get the hang of it. Also, check out this post in that thread for a guide on how much certain strings of code increase a given stat: dbxvmods.freeforums.net/post/13183Also, basic attack is not noted in the original post/picture on the first page, so in case you're wondering, it is located in the line right above damage received. You'll know whenever you've successfully edited base stats because the character's stat hexagon will be noticeably different (depending on the size of the increase). Let me know if you have any more questions.

I know I could do it myself but thats not the point. Like I said I like seeing other peoples creations and how they would perceive something. I know I could always go in the files and edit SSJ4 Goku to have ridiculous ki and melee damage and be stupid fast myself.

The thing is, SSJ transformations are still a skill that increases stats. Despite the fact that they appear to only change the appearance of a character and let you spam skills, they do provide a stat boost, regardless of the character they're on. At least, this is what I have seen.

I got confused with the Raditz going SSJ4 line. Sorry, my bad.
