I'm trying to follow kthxbai's SS3 CaC tutorial (only using Pan instead of my CaC), and I'm stuck on step 3 (importing the .fbx file). Yes, this is a noob question. I have no experience with Blender whatsoever; is there something I need to do before I can start importing models? When I try to do it, I just get the cube that appears in the middle of the axes when you first open Blender. Any help would be appreciated! Also, I've watched the Blender Basics for Absolute Beginners video, and it didn't help that much (unless I missed something).

Did you use the Libxenoverse emdfbx tool?

Did you use the Libxenoverse emdfbx tool? Yes, I did. It had no problem creating the .fbx file, but importing it is where I'm stuck at. Have the Libxenoverse tools been updated recently?

No. You just have to go into Blender and at the top left there will be the standard program thing that gives you a bunch of options. The first one on the left and at the bottom lets you import. Then you will end up with the sphere and the thing you want to edit.

No go; still getting the cube even after importing.

Click on the cube and delete it.
