Issues with a custom hairstyle I made

I'm trying to finish a request for someone and I used the bald head as a base. I've rigged it like the rest of the CAC hairs, all red, but I can't seem to get it to work. No matter which file I replace, it always turns out to be the plain bald head. I'm very confused. Can someone please help me? Here's the file so you know what I've been doing. All of it has been edited in Blender. I rotated the skeleton and hairstyle to stand up as well, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
