Hello I really do not know where to put this so if this is not the proper area please move it and accept my dearest apologize.
I am working on a series project called Dragonball XV: Saiyans Invasion II
It is a total of 3 sagas:
Kaitto's Saga - Kaitto and his family seek shelter to earth after he been exiled from Planet Tazba due to past relation with a psychotic saiyan who threaten to destroy the planet, however to develop the new lifestyle in Earth he needs Zeni. Tazuni (Kaitto's spouse) discovered that there is a 26th annual World Martial Arts Tournament taken place and the top 5 winners will be rewarded pleasantly. Kaitto & Tazuni both decided to participate in the tournament as Takai and Zutta.
Neo Saiyans' Saga - During the Semi-final tournament between Vegeta & Kaitto, one of the unknown contestant planted a transmitting device that sent a broadcast to a host that were locating a certain saiyan. After Kaitto brutally defeated Vegeta, he moved on towards Mr. Satan who was extremely terrified due to assume that Vegeta would become victorious and take the fall against him, During the break, the announced Hercule as savior of the planet against the evil Majin Buu, Kaitto sparked a flashback the name Buu sound familiar as he fought Kid Buu before his departure of Planet Tazba when Kid Buu tried to blow up the planet but retreat once he found a certain power level elsewhere, Hercule tries to negotiate with that he will give the 1st place prize and double it if he takes the fall, Kaitto denies the offer and during the fight the world seen their beloved beaten and Ki Blast Cannon out the ring. While the audience were already in shock, Hercule tries to play it off by laughing out loud and stated that he have let the underdog have a fair victory and he would have defeated him but allow him the victory due he need the money for his family, that trigger Kaitto to teleport in front of him grabbing him to go for the kill, but interfere by Goku, Videl, Buu, and Tazuni. Even though they may have retrained him for Hercule, it didnt stop him from abruptly exposing Hercule to the crowd and stated they were pathetic if anyone believed their life were at the hands of a coward. Afterward Kaitto flew off to retrieve back to his ship to find a new planet that have more sense. However Goku stopped him in his place and want to know who is he and Kaitto didn't trust him or any saiyans due to past tense. and Before he could get back in the ship, the same unknown contestant blew up his ship and announced himself as one of the Neo Saiyans and a dozen of NS came out to attack them.
The Cold World War Saga - after Kaitto, Goku, and the other Z fighters defeated the Neo Saiyans, a video hologram viewed one from the dead saiyan's scouter transmitted by a Saiyan named Asperga stated he have missed his dear nephew, Kaitto, his Prince Vegeta and his Best friend's son Kakarot and happy that there are more saiyans and breeding and announced he knows alots about the enrichment in Earth and stated it will be a perfect Home Base for all the saiyans that were exiled, escaped fugitive, or Frieza's former Henchmen and wants to either kill off or enslaved all humans as the saiyans did back before (Saiyan-Truffle War) and repopulate the Saiyan Race, Vegeta believe to think Asperga is bluffing and those were his last saiyans they killed, Asperga respond to Vegeta that He now runs the Planet Trade Organization due to Frieza and family unknown whereabouts and he have thousands of saiyans in his keep waiting for a home and that he send his agents to every planet for research, pros and cons for a proper it, He then also explain he knows about the Dragonballs and wants to locate them as well for a wish and for them to join the cause for the Rebirth of The Saiyans, Goku and the others refuse to partake but to stop his madness. But a dark twist come when Asperga said he knows about the Guardian of Earth is the heart of the Dragonballs and have him captive but thats not all that he knows.
Now Im looking for a team of voice acting cast and co writers and video programmer and many ppl ideas for characters, I am planning making a video preview of the series so If you like to help feel free to inbox me or comment below

UPDATE 8/6/2015: Voice Acting Tips
You will need a really good microphone
Read any script from the dbz series and record and hear it to be assure if that is what you want to work with
To voice act you have to actually be on point with emotions and the tone of the character voice
I decided to give an example of how the voice acting work: I actually did one before when Ultimate Tenkaichi was out at the time (Tanner on the vid is Kaitto, changed the name):
