ok so i noticed a while back that someone was working on making the raging blast models playable in xenoverse. now i do not know what happened to the project, probably scrapped, but i was wondering, can sometihng like that actually be done for every character?

I'm afraid no. And I will explain you why. Because recreating model characters perhaps you need to recreate stages and even the skills. In other word you create a new game. These modifications need Donations and lots of hours free. So for now it not possible.
