Would someone please figure out what the Hex Values are on the Xbox 360 Version? I've been fooling around in my Hex editor and I've found nothing but my characters' names. No one on the internet has given a tutorial or released a tool for modding movesets.
I have a save editor that mods stats,items, and skill unlocks, but with the new DLC 3 banning anyone with abnormal stats, there is no point in using it other than for exp, skills, and items. It also DOES NOT edit movesets.
I'd like to have access to moves that we normally wouldn't be ale to use or have Super Vegeta on my Ki-Blast Tank Namekian.
