Would appreciate help for rigging in 3DS Max

Hi ,
The few last days , I tried to import some models from other games. However I'm a begginer with 3ds max and I have no ideas how to rig bones to a mesh . Any help even the basics one would be appreciated
( I'm planning to do 2nd and 3rd form Frieza)
