How to get 7 Dragon Balls using your hex editor (revamp)

A special thank you to zitro88 for coming up with the method and making a post about it. I just cleaned it up and made it more into a tutorial.

4. Save the DBXV.sav
5. Play the game, check out your items and you should have the 7 Dragon Balls now!
6. If you use Cheat Engine make sure you have "Unlimited Materials" checked if you want to keep your Dragon Balls after you summon Shenron/Shenlong and make your wish.
NOTE: You can also re-use this method to get the Dragon Balls again if you don't use/don't know how to use Cheat Engine.
- Open your game directory and navigate into your 'Saves' file and make a copy of your DBXV.sav just in case (can copy & paste the save right onto your desktop if you want)
- Open your DBXV.sav with your hex editor and use the Goto (Crtl+G) (Don't use GO-TO, unless you need infrastructure planning help) To find the offset value 0001AA90
