Current Status: I'm back, I'll be re-uploading the intros that I still have access to. Some have received a take down notice.
How to install the mods:
Each mod will have a data2 folder, a movie_us.cpk file, and a movie_eu.cpk
If you have a US version of the game, install movie_us.cpk. If you have an EU version of the game install movie_eu.cpk.
Make sure you have your current data2.cpk unpacked so that the data2 folder from my mod can merge with it.
Simply drag and drop the data2 folder and the movie_us.cpk or movie_eu.cpk file into your DB Xenoverse folder.
Commonly found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DB Xenoverse
Then repack the data2 folder and enjoy the mod.
If you do not know how to unpack or repack the data2 folder then go through the tutorial on how to do that here.

How the mods work:
The mods simply replaces the movie_us.cpk/movie_eu.cpk file with a new one that I made with a video I put in it. Within the data2 folder it replaces the BIRD_BGM.awb. The reason you need to replace BIRD_BGM.awb is because the movie_us.cpk file's original video didn't have any audio. What the game does is it plays the video with no sound and then plays a short version of the intro song in BIRD_BGM.awb.
What I've done is replaced the short version of the intro song with a track of the same length but muted. As encoding sounds to .HCA seems to completely destroy the bitrate. So now instead of the music being played from BIRD_BGM.awb it's now coming directly from the video. If you don't repack data2 with the BIRD_BGM.awb that comes from these mods the game will play both the audio from the video and the games original intro music at the same time.

Known Issues:
Temporary Color Change: When encoding the video files to .usm (the video file type the game uses) a change in the videos color can happen for about 2 seconds in the middle of the video.
Black Screen After the Video Finishes: This happens because the original intro is 1:32 long. If the custom intro is shorter than that then you will get an ugly grey/pink screen until the 1:32 has passed. I've fixed the ugly grey/pink screen by increasing the intros length to 1:32, so it instead just shows a black screen for a couple seconds which can be skipped as normal.
Intros Being Cut Off: If the video is longer than the games original video it will be cut off at 1:32. Currently looking for a way to change the duration.
