How do you merge custom movesets? for example i have the GT goten mod by lawlaw and also the GT vegeta mod by xan and both have custom movesets, how can i have both custom movesets? do i need to merge the files? if so, how?

You will need a Hex Editor for those, look up the character and skill ID's you need in the ID lists section and alter the custom_skill.cus file yourself.
