Power up parameter & level up modding help.

could anyone help me with HUM & SYM powerup parameter mod. (parameter spec char.psc) (powerup parameter.pup). i believe those files can be modded to get desired results. I searched forums but nobody mentioned anything about it. I also found a file named level (character parameter.lcp). Modding this could really help to get to level up after lvl. 80 because it's hard to lvl up after that. So If anyone has any kind of information about those files please share. Your help will be most appreciated. Thank you.
