I wish I knew. But since I don't know 3D stuff, all my knowledge goes within Photoshop. If it is the case, is it happening only with that emb file? Or does it happen with other eye embs too. If you try a different one (one that has worked out on previous mods) and it works out, then the problem lies within the emb file, and not the 3D program. If it also fails, then the problem is clearly somewhere the 3D program. I would also suggest, showing us a pic of the eyes too, so that maybe someone else notices something from it that may be the reason. I assume you have verified your alphas in the emb file are still there, to make sure they appear as black in game. If not, maybe you saved in a wrong format? Wished I could provide more help, but no clue, sorry! ^^; there is nothing wrong other than pupils disappearing. thats why i didnt put a pic up . and yes it happens to all other eyes too

I think the problem is because the eyes have programmed movement. Did various tests with different alpha files and it seems that after gong through fbx and back to emd, the textures get super stretched. Even drawing an alpha consisting of a bunch of horizontal lines, I get vertical straight lines. Same result if I make an alpha out of dots. I have advised Mad Titan already to try and merge the eye model with the rest of the face, and hope the problem is not within the polygons themselves. This will of course, disable eye movement, but if it works, it's better than nothing.

In 3ds max when I make someone's eyes I use an existing character's, and when I edit the size and spot of the eyes I never mess with the texture, it always seem to come out correctly, except for one time, I had to edit the mapping of the texture.

Then that might mean the problem is on blender's fbx exporter. If it works on 3d max. Remember that the exporters are not the same after all. Titan, don't you have 3ds Max? Use that for your eye and face edits for now and see how it goes.
Also, i'm rather sick at the moment so I'll be taking a pause from active stuff.
