This is a combination of yusions SSj4 mod (with the wrapped tail aka v3) and divison's ssj4 mod. I really like division's ssj4 mod because the hair look like it was from the game while yusions looked like it was textured differently so ii just combined the two because they're both great mods. this is V1 I don't know how to make the fur as shiny as the chest because apparently that fur is already shiny so I tried my best.
I will put a non shiny version before today is over
IMPORTANT: I TESTED IT OUT ON SAYIANS THE CHEST BECOMES SHINY UPON TRANSFORMATION WITH THE NON SHINY VERSION. BEST I COULD DO
I don't want to mod steal so all the credit goes to these two

He copied the shader from the .dyt.emb file. That's why mine looks different, and because mine is colorable. I personally hate the shine effect. Not just on this but for everything since I'm used to cel shading at this point, lol. I will eventually make mine cel shaded at some point as well. Good job though, I'm sure some people like it. ^_^
This is because of the shaders in DATA002. You will need to edit this within the .dyt.emb file.

If it goes shiny only during transformations then that isn't really a bad thing. SSJ always gives that effect.
