I was overall satisfyed with this character,but his speed felt rather low compared to Goku's others variations.

(So for those "advanced" players i made him a bit better,it'll be much easier to follow up with dash attacks now.)

Overall stat buff to Vegeta.Honestly,it's better that way,now he's on par with his Cell Saga incarnation.
