I edited HUF_000_Bust.emd in Blender and this is what happened Uh, never experienced that in blender but, with 3ds max it happened to me when there were no bones attached to the model. Did you edit the skeleton? EDIT: Forgot to mention, did you join the skeleton with the outfit?

But I'm pretty sure this caused this issue, you're right.

I didn't join the skeleton with the outfit, because I don't know how to do it. But I'm pretty sure this caused this issue, you're right. It's pretty simple: all you have to do is press A until every object is highlighted (usually pressing one time A deselect everything, pressing it 2 times select all) and press ctrl + J. At this point you can export your model and it should move accordingly .

Mmm...try to give your model the same material ID from the HUF_000, follow this example: Don't forget to join at the end. I don't think the material is the reason for your issue, but maybe you could have more chances by editing an outfit instead of the base body.

It didn't do anything Do you mind sharing your model? I'd like to test it myself and see the outcome.

I made some tests, but the arms don't want to work...I'm fairly new to the 3d editing so I'm surely missing something wihch is the key to your problem. I don't really know, the only thing I can think right now is the format of your bust .tga, maybe the skeleton can't be rigged to that file? Sorry If I can't really help you more than this, I hope somebody expert can help you

The entire dress is rigged to one vertex group. Ehh umm. So basically all the bones except b_C_Spine2 are carrying no "dress" data. Here's what your left arm looks like highlighted: upperarm :: forearm I'd refer to another model's vertex data and follow the rigging tutorial here!

Is there a way to copy bone weight from a model to another ?

Yes but it won't work for you. It's the copy object data plugin. Google it
