Okay so basically I might had been hit with a Virus that first attacked firefox and now has attacked Google Chrome. It must had been because of the links Skidrow provided but it might not had been skidrow but I need a link hat will hand me no only he DBVX installation but also the DLCs. Because worst case scenario... I will have to wipe everything and start from scratch, if there is a virus on my laptop. And pardon for the missing 't's on here my keyboard is being weird. But if anybody can provide me a link for those I will forever be thankful.
