Edit: As you can see on Xan's post i already paid him to do my mods, took a long ass time till i got my preparations, so if anyone is interseted in this i wont pay anyone in 2 months or 1.
So.. when i will learn all the Blender basiscs it will take a long ass time so instead i will pay modders to do mods here how's it goes(UPDATED):
15$ - 1 mod requested by me
25$ - 2 mods requested by me
35$ - 3 mods requested by me

I don't see what's so hard about learning Blender. I picked up kthxbai's tutorial in two days, and then built up from there. Now I'm able to transplant SSJ4 bodies into other costumes, learned through the very same method and some experimentation.
It really pays off to invest time into learning the ropes.

You might have a bit of a hard time making something like this work, considering that modding takes a lot more working time than one can cover with ten dollars or so.
Perhaps another way to make this work would be to partner with other people that have a skill that could compliment your workload so that you can split the work between you. If you can draw, make some turnarounds to make a modeler's job easier. If you can texture, texture a modeler's work for them. If you can program, work on properly integrating the model into the game, and so on. That way things are easier, and the two (or more) of you can work towards various projects that you want to see realized.

You do realise modders can put a donation link right?
And that can actually be more profitable then having people only pay you 10 bucks for something that can take you a day to make...
Honestly would you work a whole day for 10 bucks?
It just makes no darn sense mate.
