LONG MESSAGE WARNING! College works too. If you're gonna make resample mods using in-game models (e.g. most of my mods) you only need to learn the basic interface, some photoshop, a bit of scaling and some simple renaming. If you want to make a brand new model mod (e.g all of LawLaw's mods) you need to learn the full use of materials, colour pallets, skeletons/vertex groups (my own personal kryptonite) and model manipulation. You'll find that if you try more complex mods, you'll need to look for tutorials elsewhere and amend them to suit this system. It's Titan's favourite thing referring people to the tutorial section but the truth of it, I believe, is that you need to experiment and learn yourself. Have fun!
