Im having an issue with the texture on Trunks' Jacket. (Im not talking about mapping the texture on his neck. I know how to do that. Im talking about all of the small/think lines all over the jacket.) Anyone know how to fix this issue?

First thing to check. If you only stretched around some polygons, then the UV should stay the same, and the texture just need to be flipped vertically.
If the mesh was edited in terms of adding polygons, the UV will have those new polygons added, usually in a very bad way, and as such the UV itself must be edited to accommodate the new geometry.
Lastly, and as shown by Mastaklo and my tutorial, any model that contains more than one texture in it's emd must have all it's UVs and all its textures converted into a single file.
