To repair a Steam game, right click your game title in the Steam client. Go to properties, then local files in the panel that shows up and press the verify integrity of cache there. It should download and replace any damaged or missing files. Though in the case of uninstalling mods, it's always best to have kept backups of the default data2, datap1 and datap2 cpks before even starting to install mods.
To make mods work, see the tutorials section of this forum.
Hope this helps.

Right now I have lost the motivation to do anything productive Nooooo~~ I meant that sincerely >.< I think it would be necessary to have a link to this tutorial on my threads since I do CaC outfits, and sometime I tend to overwrite outfit with lame stats. This makes it possible to Wreck Havoc and look Fabulous doing it~ xD

This mod, although it works like a charm, and is really good, it needs an update... I think it was made before DLC2 came out, because when I test this on latest updates (DLC2+FnF movie outfits updates), it messes up Miiras and Towas outfits... It makes Towa outfit to be worn by male Saiyans (when it shouldn't). And when you put the outfit, it shows invisible parts, lol... And also you cannot buy their outfits in clothing store, nor sell their pieces you have got in your inventory if wanted to sell them... I know it is an insignificant downside reason. I just thought I'd tell since I seem to be the only one who has noticed it.
