FEAR MY AWESOMENESS, FOR I...
have managed to alter a single outfit set's stats. Here's a comparison to a normal outfit.
So yeah I went browsing through one of the clothing files to see if they were listed in a specific way, and as it turns out they, in fact, are listed by their release. For example, the ID for Gohan's RoF Tracksuit happens to be 6F 00 05 00 72. Where is it located? At the very bottom of the list because, being from DLC 3, it would be at the bottom of the list. How am I certain it's Gohan's RoF Tracksuit? I looked at the stat ID list and the entire list had the same default value 00 00 80 BF, which is 0. This is exactly like how it shows up in the game. Now it could have been a simple random placement so I checked what was next up on the list, and as it turns out the next outfit is in fact Roshi's outfit, which has an ID of 6E 00 05 00 73. Going up further and I ran into Vegeta's RoF outfit which, along with Goku's RoF outfit, was released before DLC 3 but after DLC 2. It has an ID of 6C 00 05 00 71. I wanted to make absolutely sure this wasn't a screw up so I looked at the stats. First stat I saw with a different value was Stamina, which had an ID of 66 66 86 3F. This value gives the outfit +5 in Stamina, exactly like it shows ingame. Basic Attack and Strikes also have a value of E1 7A 84 3F, which again gives the outfit +5 in Strikes and Basic Attack. As for Ki Blast Supers and normal ki blasts, they have a value of 3D 0A 77 3F which translates to -5. See where I'm going with this?
So I started going up the list in order to find the ID for Chi Chi's costume. What helped me was the fact that Chi Chi's costume was in between two 3 Star outfits while itself is a 2 Star outfit. Once I found it I looked closely at the stats and decided to test it out, and as it turns out I have indeed found the ID for Chi Chi's costume. The rest is history. Oh, and the ID for Chi Chi's costume is 3C 00 02 00 3C.
So yeah now I know how the items are listed I can get to work into making a list of the outfit's IDs so people can modify their own outfits.
What's the matter ? If you want to have the same stats that with the 1st version, you just have to use the 2nd Z-soul "True Super Saiyan God" with any equipment ...
lol Nothing's the matter.

ROFL Oh the horror this will cause. Anyway, I need to take some time and go over the file for costumes to see if I can at least figure out how the outfits are ordered so I can specifically mod an outfit's stats to my liking.
