So, i did not install update 5. If i install update 6 directly, will it work? I have the cracked version.

it will. Usually crack updates will contain all updates from the very first one to the latest, thus why the update size gets bigger in every recent release. The only thing that you should be cautious about is the update version (codex, 3DM, etc.) considering they usually have different save directory for different version. However, using different versions of updates, in my experience, doesn't break the game. You just need to do some hex editing on the save files from one version to another to make the old one usable for the new update, or you will have to start the game from scratch. There's already a tutorial on how to convert the save file: dbxvmods.freeforums.net/thread/559/using-savegame-different-cracks-smartsteamemuHope this helps~^^ |
