But hex edit what? There innumerable files and each contain innumerable lines of code.

Well I assume your wanting to put an entirely new voice into the game and as far as i know not even hex editing can do that considering all the sound files are in .acb however if your just wanting to swap speeches you would just rename the file of the one your swapping.

try this tell me if it works data/sound/VOX/chara/en try swapping some of these around and see what happens.

i just swapped vegetas files with gokus and it worked.
