did you find this yourself? if you did , really great work. i have him .but i know a lot of poeple are sad because they dont have him.is there a way to do the same for people to do this for the steam bought game? I found it myself just by tinkering around with the files and following a hunch. Also, those instructions were for the Steam version. If you bought a legit copy of the game and the first two DLCs from Steam, this method should work just fine. I don't know how or if the upcoming third DLC will affect this, though. We'll just have to see.

I just know this works for the Steam version. Sorry I'm not more knowledgeable about it.

I have tested this on my legit Steam copy, everything has worked perfectly... to a degree. My save file moved, for some reason (probably an error of mine) I was unable to copy my save over and had to resort to save editing. Besides this I have both battle suits, SSJ4 Vegeta and both my legit DLCs. However, I no longer have the ability to play online. Personally I never did anyway but I thought people should be warned if they are thinking about doing this. It says Steam Overlay is disabled and that it cannot connect to a network; no longer allows me to choose Online Lobby.
EDIT: Also, shouldn't this thread be called "SOLVED! Getting pre-order bonuses without time-travelling..." ?

Shot in the dark here but I noticed where the files come from. I'm not going to mention their name here but we all know what they do. In other cases I've seen, these files usually disable Steam and online functionality because of their nature and what would happen usually if they were left to connect to Steam. So I assume the problem about not being connected to Steam comes from these modified files disabling it as it is part of their intended job.
Save file moving could also be part of how the downloaded files work, since it's essentially a different version of the game.

I just followed this step by step for my Steam version but the game just gets stuck on the loading screen and won't start. Any suggestions?

I know very little of cracking games myself but I wouldn't have assumed copying two or three files over would cause this change. Either the file that enables the DLC also blocks steam or we'd have to find it and leave it out for both online play and DLC. That being said, perhaps being banned is worse than being blocked.

A single file can make a whole game not legit. Now here in this case, I'm not sure how would the game's network behavior will be when using these modified files but I'm assuming, seeing the problems some of you are getting, that the files in question are doing this to protect the user from a ban or the like, as is usual of these guys to do with all the games they 'work' with.
If I'm to answer why I know some of this, well, I had an experience with a game I bought on Steam that was supposed to be played offline but it never did. At the time I used to play on a laptop mostly offline so there was a problem. I had to use a patched copy of the game to play offline. This copy was made by these same guys who are offering the files you are currently trying to use. Recently the game in question was patched and now can play both on and offline, so I discarded the patched copy.
Also as a note about the dlc itself, I've read that the reason why there wasn't any codes for PC is that those were all sold digitally with the preorders. In the case of the consoles, not all codes were sold so instead of keeping them for themselves, the publishers decided to do the give aways. So as far as the dlc codes go, they never made new ones, but simply gave the existing, unused ones.
