First xtract data2.cpk and data.cpk
In xtracted data.cpk, go to data/ui/texture. There is chara01.emb. Extract it(embpack) and change the reqd dds(screenshot,edit like other potraits,save). Potrait done.
Copy to corresponding folder in data2. For name go here in data: data/msg/proper_noun_character_name_en.msg. Find the name edit it and save in corr folder iñ data2. Repack data2 and test.
A rather rough tutorial but u shud hv checked the tutorial section
