cant do the tar effect but i can make it black It's ok. then black big bang kamehameha with black lightning inside it spirit bomb didnt come out good but ill be releasing the other two within the next hour |

I had tried to download the mod many times from Mediafire and I still got the file that has 2.10mb. I don't know why or how to fix it. So, can someone help me please?

eacab , despite saying the tar effect was impossible, the Big Bang Kamehameha really has a tar/pitch feel to it when I use it. Very nicely done. And since I like anything involving blue, the x10 Kamehameha is great too.
