The main problem is that you can extract and modify the music BUT quickbms CANNOT rebuild BIRDS_BGM.awb again. That is just the last step missing Oof, audio is definitely not my forte. If there is already code to extract usable audio fron a .awb file, that would help for sure. I'm afraid I'm an audio noob though, so this isn't exactly a 1-2-3 fix for me either. =/

I'm afraid I'm an audio noob though, so this isn't exactly a 1-2-3 fix for me either. =/ we have to use about 3 programs to extract just one audio file to a format that is playable.so is there any chance that you could write a script to reverse the process? not soon. in the future.?

I dont know if we can use hex edit for that. Btw we just need someone to write a repacker like the one in xenolib or cripacktools just to repack/rebuild the .awb file. Or just ask the quickbms creator (aluigi). It shouldn't be so difficult. Though, I know writing a program is quite tedious

If the original author is available that would probably be easiest and definitely your best bet. Writing a simple script to automate a three-file process should be easy enough though, so if need be I could do that for sure. This really isn't on my short-list though.
