The screenshot shows the aura_setting.aur from your system folder being opened in a hex editor.

Now if you want to change the aura's for the super saiyan transformations, first of all, the ID's for them being

05 - Super Saiyan
06 - Super Saiyan 2
07 - Super Saiyan 3/Potential unleashed (because any other character who uses this besides Gohan threats it as SS3, Gohan uses a certain file unique to him which gives him his white aura but I don't know what it is, however that's not relevant in this case.)
08 - Super Saiyan 4

Now take a look at the zone marked in green the values linked to the super saiyan aura's are

98 02 - Super Saiyan
D0 02 - Super Saiyan 2
08 03 - Super Saiyan 3
40 03 - Super Saiyan 4

Now these values are the ones you'll have to replace ,

for example if you want to change the Super Saiyan 3 aura to let's say the Super Saiyan God aura Goku(Super Saiyan God) has which has 09 as ID and as you see in the screenshot it corresponds with the value 78 03

Thus, you just have to change the Super Saiyan 3 line's value (08 03) to 78 03, it should look like something like this

Before : 07 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 07 00 00 00 08 03 00 00

After :   07 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 07 00 00 00 78 03 00 00

Congrats, repack your cpk and all super saiyan 3's in the game (Goku and Gotenks, in this case and your CAC if you use SS3 or PU) will now have the SSG- aura, there's no way to edit them for each character seperately unless unique files are used for specific characters like Gohan has, but I have no idea how those work.
