Umm... I'm not 100% sure how it is confusing? o.O I ll have to go with hulkty on this. I just have a few problems with the words. its hard to find some options when you honestly dont know what its called. like skin modifier. im not sure what it is exactly but i have done rigging manually before. and for people with language barriers your tutorial is just too cruel. But im sure people with better background in 3ds max would simply glance at your tutorial and get it. could you make it a bit easier for dummies? Skin modifier is in the modifier list in the top right, it's called "Skin". I honestly don't know how to explain further than that. I went to the Autodesk site itself and learned it. knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2015/ENU/3DSMax/files/GUID-CDA1A8A6-2C22-42FD-A966-D2EEFE4C4E3F-htm.htmlI mean, compared to that I literally made a step by step guide using a DBXV model... Im using 3d max 2014 but models are not working they are not looking in correct position in game can you help me plz Are you importing with the settings Mastaklo showed in his import tutorial?

Could this method hypothetically be used to give CaC a SSJ3 hair with the same dangly movement as it appears on Goku? Simply copying the hair weights from his model and onto the custom hair?

Hi, is it possible you have a tutorial on Blender-if you please?
I do tests on the bones between two models and want to know if it's possible to copy "Vertex group" another model in Blender?

No, because as far as I know CaC hair does not have a skeleton file (.esk). :/ Hi, is it possible you have a tutorial on Blender-if you please? I do tests on the bones between two models and want to know if it's possible to copy "Vertex group" another model in Blender? Eh, you might want to use Google for that, I have no idea on Blender as I hated the UI and found 3ds Max much more easier to navigate. This helped a lot. Thanks! You're welcome, if you're still around. o.o Yusion how can i attach an model to another without needing to rig all bones mind to help me? :3 You could extract the skin data from both of them and then position the skin data and attach one skin data to another and then use the combined skin data to import to the model itself. You have to rig though man or else it wont move at all.

Founded a workaround for the problem.t̶a̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶l̶r̶e̶a̶d̶y̶ ̶r̶i̶g̶g̶e̶d̶ ̶m̶o̶d̶e̶l̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶n̶s̶f̶o̶r̶m̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶m̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶s̶k̶ ̶t̶o̶g̶e̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶f̶b̶x̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶n̶ ̶i̶m̶p̶o̶r̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶f̶b̶x̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶b̶l̶e̶n̶d̶e̶r̶,̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶n̶ ̶I̶ ̶e̶x̶p̶o̶r̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶m̶o̶d̶e̶l̶ ̶a̶g̶a̶i̶n̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶b̶l̶e̶n̶d̶e̶r̶ ̶c̶r̶e̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶ ̶n̶e̶w̶ ̶f̶b̶x̶.̶ Importing the fbx to a freshly opened 3ds max 2010 shows the skin modifier without any problem.
P.S. If I open 3ds max and import the fbx directly it works perfectly, but if I was working on a project then and I create a "new" scene and import the fbx, it doesn't show the skin modifier the right way.
