Thanks Xan!! Could you give us another full example? Like say I want to change tiens voice to male human voice 7 what would that look like exactly?  thanks to your skill editing I was able to deduce how it worked and made my own custom skills for characters, so already you've taught me much. I'm not sure but I think Male voice 7 are BIRD_BTL_M07_VOX.acb and BIRD_BTL_M07_VOX.awb. the "M07" stand for the character, you can find the id's in the id list section  |

So we can change cac voices in battle with actual character voices?like male voice 7 with vegeta or something?

Hey Xan I went into sound~>vox~>battle~> chara and there's only one acb file called BIRD_BTL_OBB_VOX.acb and a folder titled en that contains a file with the same name. This is in my data 2 root and my normal data file, so I am unsure where to find all these sound files to try to change them.

To swap a character voice, you will need to browse in your unpacked data.cpk folder : data -> sound -> VOX -> Battle -> Chara From there you will have tons of files with .acb and .awb . These files are the voice during battles. For exemple : If I want to swap Omega Shenron's voice to tien's : Copy and rename the files "BIRD_BTL_SD1_VOX.acb" and "BIRD_BTL_SD1_VOX.awb" to "BIRD_BTL_TSH_VOX.acb" and "BIRD_BTL_TSH_VOX.awb" Then copy your files in your data2root thanks but I knew this . but there will be a problem with the skills right? he will still have the voice of original skills ...any idea to fix this ? |
