I suggest to turn off unused effects, turn off vsync(more FPS but wont see any difference beyond 60FPS unless you have 144MHZ monitor), use Bandicam XVID(good quality, small file size) and render the captured video as 60FPS with powerdirector or sony vegas to gain good quality with good speed. Also, if you have AMD processor use AMD OverDrive / Auto Clock / Start that made my 3900 MHZ into 4200 MHZ so it can grant a big boost to your PC, such as CCleaner with CCEnhancer and Synei System Cleaner.
