Hmm...
Because it's an npc skill I modded and replaced for super vegeta, if you select chaos mode in a skill slot and then go back into the selections for that slot, the skill will automatically be unequipped.
But if it's not equipping at all then please tell me which race your using so I can find the problem and work on a solution. I have tested saiyans, humans, Majin and frieza race, I just assumed namekians would work too. Or it could be a gender thing.
