So if you're like me and have an over powered Z-soul and it kinda makes transformations pointless, you either nurf it or
find ways to make your transformation useful again. First thing open your hex editor and open your talisman_item.idb in your
Dragon Ball XenoVerse folder\data2\data\system\item.
Find your skill. Here are some ID's too look for. I can't remember where I got them.

In my case I used 01 00 01 00 01 "This is my true power!" Press Ctrl + F the Find menu will pop up. In the Search for
bar enter your id for your Z-Soul make sure Datatype is set to Hex-values and Search direction to forward then click OK.
Once your at your Z-soul, you should see something close to this. The blue highlight is your skill id. Green boxes is your Z-soul perk/ability
and in the red box area replace what ever is there with 0E 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF. I've already done this. Your Z-Soul most likely has something else there.
After that save repack your data 2 file then test.
If you want to keep the Z-Soul for your self and npc's from using it then open your parameter_spec_char.psc (it should be in your system folder) using Hex editor.
Press Ctrl + R. In the Search for bar type 00 80 3F then your Z-Soul Id. for me it was 00 80 3F 01
