sign up liao at new website, but how to download things there go to the download section and there you will find the Mods available there click on one Mod you want to download you will find pictures if available and infos on the Mod maker,version of the Mod and description of it and instructions on how to download and at the right you will see a download button click on it and it will the download will begin  thanks |

Yo people who couldn't activate their accounts. Check your spam filters, Gmail is putting VGMods emails into the spam folder.
EDIT: Jesus christ the new forum's design is terrible. The colours break my eyes.

Could someone tell me if on the new forum you can select other colors for the layout, or at least change the background color. As it is right now with white background and orange text is impossible for me to read it. I have very sensitive eyes and cannot force them in order to see well the text without hurting them to focus my sight. I don't mind moving there, and my mods, but I cannot do it until I can be able to read the forum well, with a black/dark grey background at least, sorry. I have to agree. While my eyes can take the white and orange, I can't imagine it's a good thing for them. And if people can't even read it, that's pretty bad. |

Switching to a dark theme will be very difficult lots of the mod areas are build to be light grey. if its the orange that's too bright I can darken that a bit. @ Arkano I turned off the option to set a password for the mods download I believe this slows down the user experience and confused the upload form. you can however set a password in the winrar/zip file and but a password in the description/installation tabs. @ The Mad Titan i will add a separate page for a chatroom, once i find a suitable script that works well. To everyone else - avatars and user signatures are now working on the site, just click 'edit profile' at the top vgmods bar. |

another solution if what zenin offers doesn't work. is using a plugin to modify the loaded Style Sheet data on your browser. something like stylebot.

hey zenin im not sure if this is already implemented and i just havent enabled it, but if it isnt can you add an option to get emails when something happens on the forum (tags,quotes,pms,etc)

I referred to the option that only registered users could download.  So I comment that possibly you remove to prevent spam users in web. I remark only that nothing else . But nothing happens hehe. |

ok guys will make some edits to the forums theme, will see what i can do.
I think what you guys don't like it the layout of the forums i think Mastako set up the subsections thinking it would look similar to this forum but it doesnt work that way. i have moved them all so they are 'parents' and looks better like this.
Arkano i have always let users download mods without registering, its a simple setting to restrict it but i'm not sure its the best way, maybe it is.... its a good point I'll speak to Mastako and see what he wants to do too
UPDATE: I have redesigned the forums and the post editor. you should not have any problems now this is using googles new 'Material Design' its very easy on the eyes.

zenin, i have 1 issue with the new forum. its hard to tell quotes apart from the responses you made. also checked out your other mod sites and maybe the "how to install mods" under mods tab wouldn't be bad to add. unless you planning this.
