Well, personally, I think I am probably one of the few people aside from Toriyama himself who actually really loves GT. Yes, it was different; it had its flaws and the writing was different from Toriyama's. But that's ok to me. Personally, I think its flaws can easily be overlooked. Characters being weaker than they were in Z imo can easily attributed to the passage of time and the lack of training. As people get older, they grow weaker unless they train. Personality flaws, meh, not a big deal for me. Every character has flaws regardless of how well a series was written. Re: the SSJ1001/AF remark, well to be honest, it was already hinted to be possible by Bulma after Vegeta became SSJ4 himself; and since I enjoyed GT, I also find myself enjoying fan sequels like the various versions of AF- Absalon included. Should have been called Absalon F or something to keep the whole AF theme going. I find it weird that despite all the flames GT gets, fan sequels like the different AFs are often praised; odd as it may be I'm actually relieve to hear a different opinion that matches the mindset of someone who didn't like GT. I mean if you hated GT, you shouldn't praise AF or Absalon since it integrates that GT canon. Anyway GT's canonocity is debatable thanks to Trunks' commentary in Xenoverse- but otherwise I've found Toei tends to suggest it's all a single linear timeline. But I digress; all this is really off topic from the forums moving

Hey! I'm not new it's just that i did not have an account! ... Petrosk my sharingan eyes are damaged and i can't use them. damaged how? I'm currently working in a new version of sharingan, resizing into proper size for each type of pupil and for all races, but I don't have much time because school, the good new is all eyes are ready, still need to work the eyes of HUF/SYF

Hi. I have a problem to use repacked file of data.cpk :
To modify animations in blender, I have to convert fbx to LibXenoverse's Structure, convert this structure to ean. For now: -convert fbx to LibXenoverse is done, but not tested (may not work for now). -convert ean file to LibXenoverse was done by Dario, but he didn't do the inverse conversion LibXenoverse'structure -> ean file. That's I have done. This test work on many character : ean file -> LibXenoverse's structure -> ean file, with only 8 octets differents (may I will add in structure after understand what it is). So for me, it's work, I must to test it in game. -I have done the same test for Esk files, because a part of Ean file is the Esk file's definition (without some matrix). so write Esk file work also, have to test it in game.
But my problem now, it's to test it in game : -I take my last data.cpk file, extract with extract-data-uncompressed.bat (<=> cpkpack.exe -x data.cpk data) -do nothing, no modification for now, just have the uncomprressed original datas -repack with pack-data.bat (<=> cpkpack.exe -r data data.cpk). But the Game crash directly, I didn't could see logos of used technologies.
So (this is a Noob's question) did I done something wrong ? all datas must be compressed before repacking ? I allready test the fact that there is a folder "data" in extracting folder "data". but if I extract the new repacking cpk file, I have the same folders, so this is not a potential problem.
When I debug the crash with VisualStudio (but no source code of DB Xenoverse ^^), I have in ouput : "Unhandled exception at 0x0168C1FE in DBXV.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x64982080."
any idear ?

Oki , this is it. thank you. do you thinck we could add a character in Data2 ? It will erase the Data version ? Example : I want to modify Apple (Freezer's warrior), this is the chara/APL folder. if I add a APL folder in Data2, do you thinck I will use it ? or we could change only files witch are directly in Data2 ?

If this is it, it's sad because , we can't change the most of character, only on dlc. In the original data no. But all the mods we made and applied changes, we did to the data2.cpk. As I know we never touch the original data. Even without DLC. The original data files we keep it as a backup. We take the files we are interesting from the data.cpk and the we apply to the data2.cpk. I thought that you already knew it.

I just have the same animation as before. I just test EAN -> LibXenoverse -> EAN , without crash of game. Now, I have to check/debug the part LibXenoverse -> Fbx -> LibXenoverse. Normally, it's work, but I have to test it a lot. I think tomorrow, i could have a modified animation in game.
"Which animation have you?" I allready have a exported fbx from blender witch work with Unity (witch is a great viewer for fbx files and animations). I 'm not a blender's user, so select and change an animation was very difficult to me. I just change head rotation in Apple fly up.

Was it my tutorial you were talking about? I intentionally removed the bat file to pack data.cp.. you can still use repackercpk to do it but you would get bugs most likely. my recommendation is to use datap3 or data2.for dlcs use datap3,regular use data2. Im so happy you came up with this. Congratz. When are you gonna release it to the public. I cant wait
