Awesome!i wish i could make mods too,but i can't  Why not? All you need is stuff like paint.net and Blender, both of which are free, and some time to learn the ropes. I felt the same way when I first started modding my game, but a few tutorial vids later and I was making skills. Awesome suggestion flevir!i downloaded paint.net and i tested it by retexturing goku's ssj hair and then i test it in game,goku's ssj hair was blue awesome,but i am not really am the master of it.i am just the beginner |
