I show you how to do this. Forgive me my bad english.
First open Chara_image.hci in hexeditor
File is located in data2/data/ui/Charaimage

Next step add line above last line

Open your chara emb in embpack and add potrait

Save your emb and repack data2
Here is result
Slot1 normal ssn

Second slot ssj to ssj2

Here is id for transformation
FFFF-Normal
0000-SSJ
0100-SSJ2
0200-SSJ3
0300-Mystic
0500-Villainous mode
0600-Villainous mode(SSJ)
0700-Villainous mode(SSJ2)

Mr You can put Whole Character portrait Upload，I can not extract Character Head portrait

hi i dont get it , i feel like a step or two is missing between :
Open your chara emb in embpack and add potrait ,and Save your emb and repack data2
how do you add the portrait ? the chara_image has 1 line and the .dds has a page full
